Famous people have braces, perhaps i should get 1 too! :)

Tom Cruise, Isaac Hanson, Jennifer Elise Cox, one of the stars of the Brady Bunch, and Canadian rock star EMJAY, have had braces. Wow, they are all my favourite stars :lol:

We can't compare Stars with ourselves you know.
They look young, healthy and also look great because they have to invest in their looks to win viewers. I heard that skin care alone can cost tens of thousands....

We wouldn't kow what they really use to shape their teeth, but I heard there is a service to make your teeth look like theirs though.

just because your favourite stars are waering it, doesn't mean that you have to :?

it's only when you have open bite, bad bites etc. then there's a need to, no point suffering otherwise

Braces are only used when medically necessary and are not for there for a fashion statement. I really wish that people would not look to the stars so often for advice as they are only people too with flaws and all.

Braces are a medical necessity for some people, not a fashion statement. So many people that have to wear braces are horrified by the idea. It's great in some ways that stars have openly worn braces, therefore making it much 'cooler' to do so, helping the kids who have to have braces feel better about themselves, but the stars are not promoting putting braces on your teeth if you dont need them.

It's nice of those stars to inflict yet another fashion statement on our poor kids...however, I must agree with Chompz, it's great that it's "cool" to wear braces, maybe the other kids will be much more graceful and understanding because it's just so darn cool to have them now.
