Big Question : Surgery

Is there or are there ways that they can allign your teeth without going throuh years of braces implantment? Like surgery?

Surgery... humm... maybe if you consider plucking all of them out and then use artificial ones instead...
But that has got to be some of the craziest ways to do things...

Surgery should be a last resort.. try braces first.

There is no way that a dentist will tell you to have surgery to have your teeth removed and have implants put in, besides they are having a few problems with the false implants causing cancer so you may want to avoid that idea at all costs. Just get the baces if you need them they are not that bad.

Like I noted in my other post, the advancement in technology for braces is incredible. They have them clear now so that they aren't as noticeable. I have a friend who wears the clear ones, she's in her 30s and very few people even notice she has them on! They are much less painful now than they were 20 years ago!

Surgery of any kind poses risks and that's why it's usually the last resort. I don't think you'll find a dentist who will opt for surgery before braces if he/she thinks that braces will do the trick.
