Did you have to get a palet expander?

If so did you have to keep it in long?

I had mine for only 6 months so it wasn't really that bad.

If you did get it did it take you long to get adjusted to it? I hated all the spit that came into your mouth with it.

Yeah, no big deal about asking! I dont need one eathier (anyway yet) but my friends that have had them have told me its a device that goes on the roof of your mouth and pushes your teeth out, toward your cheeks. Yeah, doesnt sound to plesent.
