Lingual Care Any Good?

Not many orthos in my area offer lingual braces... so Im wondering if they are still widely used?

my orthodontist did not offer lingual braces.. only metal and ceramic.. owell. I like my GRILL

My friend has lingual braces. she had to have soup as her meal sometimes because er mouth hurt.
She doesn't like the feeling of having a metal mouth.

not every doc offers lingual braces especially with the advent of invisalign. I personally do offer lingual braces but not there are not alot of docs that do.
