On Day 4, no longer thinking I'm dying

Day one was quite the ordeal. After getting the 8 buttons (4 top 4 bottom) put on and my teeth shaved down once he put that first tray on I felt like my mouth was going to revolt. My dentist even commented on how tight they were, it had been 2 months since my impressions since the Invasalign company put my teeth under the wrong name. He said I shouldn't take them off until later in the evening and have some light soup for lunch then rinse well with water.

Lunch went fine, by this time I'd been taking Tylenol to help with the pain. But dinner was a completely different story. When I tried to take them out I found that I wasn't able to (or wasn't willing to push the 'pulling out my mouth feeling')! I will be the first to admit I didn't try very many times and was tired so I just went to bed. I ended up getting them out the next morning after about 45 minutes of fiddling around and getting them back in was so much easier once I got past the pressure. Is it going to be like that at the beginning of every new tray?

It's been touch and go with taking them off as I think how my top teeth are aligned it makes it a little more awkward (see picture for locations of 2 of the buttons) the other ones on the top are one and two teeth away from those. But this morning I got them off in about 5 mintues, actually having more issues with the one on the bottom on the top.

I figured it out and if I wear the top ones for 2 weeks each I only have 12 so I will be done in Feb then the bottom will be done in July sometime.

I think I only have a few questions at the moment is on the bottom side back molar where I start taking them off seems to wiggle a little more now? Is this due to the pressure I'm putting on it to take them off?

I saw on another website someone suggested a removal tool from some website (I think smilecentral.com?) does that actually make taking these off easier?

Sorry this is so long folks! Got carried away

biggest advice i can offer is to put the new trays in before you go to bed; it seems to make it easier to take them off the first time...

Yeah I was thinking about doing just that. I'm sure it will be much easier than working all day with the new pain.
