Have you tore a tray before?

Of course things like this happen to me on a Friday night when I can't call my dentist. I noticed a small tear on my bottom tray. I'm supposed to be switching my trays on Monday night but I'm a little concerned about the tear. I'm guessing it's how I've been taking them out...

If something happens do I just switch both trays out, or just the one then switch the other like normal? I can't imagine it would hurt to change a day or two ahead of time, would it?

I've done this a few times, and my ortho always tells me the same thing; if it's not bothering you, leave it alone. If it is, and it's just a few days, they've told me to change them.

Of course, this is probably too late for you now, but for next time

I suppose if it were really bothering you, and you had just started with the trays, you'd need to talk to your ortho about it. I mean, you should anyway, but it would be more of an issue than it happening two days before you take them out, ya know what I mean
