Have your general dentist take a look. If it's a very large filling, it's not impossible that something is going on.
Hi,
I am on my third set of invisalign so my 5th week now, and one of my molar teeth in the back feels funny, it has a filling in it and I'm wondering if the fillings can become loose, hoping it's only the pressure from the invisalign. My orthodentist said there would be no changes to my back only the front.
This is only the second day of my 3rd set. Anyone else have problems with fillings and there invisalign?
I am really excited to see the end results after my 10th set.
Thanks.

I am not a dental professional.
As it says on the main Bracesreview.com page, always consult a qualified orthodontist, dentist, or medical professional with questions you may have.
thanks for the reply. Today it feels back to normal, I think it's always going to be like this for the first 3 days of the aligners.
I am so hoping for amazing results after this is all over!
I have noticed that inbetween two of my back teeth there is a sensitive feeling. It just so happens that is where my one and only filling is (I got my first just before my impressions were taken in Sept 2007 at the age of 32!)
I hope it is just an irritation of the gum from the aligner. I am so paranoid about getting anymore fillings that I just don't think that I could cope hahahaha. I almost had to be sedated when I was told that I needed one last September.
