I just started Invisalign a couple of days ago. I have one attachment on top and three on the bottom. I was having a really hard time removing my aligners for eating/brushing, but now it's gotten a lot easier. I was really digging my fingernails in there, and now I have noticed that the aligner is kind of pulling away from my teeth a bit. Is that because my teeth are moving, or is it because I bent them somehow?
