Hi, i was just wondering if anyone had heard of or has Tru-line Invisable Braces? From what i have found out about them they seem basically the same as Invisalign.
My local dentist (who also does cosmetic dentisry) offers these but not Invisalign.
So i just wanted to know are these any good? Cost? etc?
thanks!
I have heard of and seen truline, as they're available in most populated areas in Australia. My understanding of truline, is that it's for minor issues and is an aligner system similar to invisalign. It works best when only the upper and lower front teeth need correcting, although attachments can be put on the teeth to help achieve minimal rotation.
To be honest, I consider it another version of invisalign. Cost in this area, is generally the same as for invisalign, which is slightly more than for bracket braces. I've not seen truline in action, but I'm sure it would work for people who require minor to moderate tooth movement, as it's a series of aligners similar to invisalign.
Talk to your dentist and consult with a couple of invisalign providers and compare what you hear. Good luck!![]()
After 5 years, 11 months and two days of stainless steel brackets ... my teeth now have upper and lower bonded, gold wire, retainers and removable clear retainers!
there is a new clear braces solution available that looks and works exactly like invisalign does but it's way economical, even cheaper than braces.
