How long does it take to get refinements?

Not sure whether you mean how long does treatment last or how long do they take to arrive so I'll answer both...

There is no set time for treatment. It depends upon what additional movements are needed. Refinements can be limited to only a couple of aligners or an additional longer course of treatment.

Where I live, refinements take about the same time to arrive as the original set of aligners. You need new moulds, and they have to be sent away. In my case this is about 6 weeks, but it seems to vary place to place and ortho to ortho.
