Glad you are feeling better Veggie. Only thing I would say is that you really shouldn't need wax or medication if your aligners are trimmed correctly. Next time you go maybe ask your ortho to check them over for any snags. Sometimes the robots don't do such a good trimming job, or sometimes the mould has had a tiny bit on that means that all the trays have an uncomfortable spot. Your ortho should be able to remove them for you.
My ortho was very clear that your mouth shouldn't get sore. There can be tenderness in the teeth that are being moved, but anything else just means that something isn't right, so maybe talk to your ortho about this. Anyway, glad you are feeling better.
