    I just got invisilign a week ago, the trays are hard to get out, attachments break is this normal, the movement of the teeth the first four days was great

    It's not normal, but it does seem to help to a few people.

    Give your ortho a call and take her/his advice as to what to do next.

    yes its normal .

    my attachments came off 2 different times until i learned how to remove them.(start from the back, and on opposite side of attachment if possible)

    Mine come off next monday, and yours will be done before you know it!

    My attachments came off several times too that first set of trays too and my dentist said it's completely normal. I had my first set of trays for like 6 or 7 weeks before I could work it all out. Eventually, you'll find a way to get them out easier. I always prefer to use the tip of my nail on the back tip of the tray (even though they don't recommend it because they're afraid you'll scratch your gums, which I never do). When you have a lot of attachments (I have 11) it makes it a little tricky, but trust me, you will get used to it!
