Yep, I have them too. I am going to the dentist next week for a clean. Mine I think are coffee, tea and wine stains. Normal stuff.
I've noticed a brownish spot underneath one of my attachments. Going to call the ortho today and check it out, but wondering if anyone has had stains on attachments.
*crossing my fingers* that its not decay underneath.

It's not possible to get decay under an attachment, any more than it is possible to get it under a bracket - assuming in either case that everything was OK before it was placed, that it was bonded correctly, and that it has not come loose.
However, it is very possible, and sadly not entirely uncommon to see at least soft spots, and sometimes decay developing right around the feet of brackets - and this is because insufficient care is taken in cleaning around that area. Of course, it is more likely to happen if the bonding is such that it has created little nooks and crannies in which plaque and bacteria are easily trapped, and from which they are less easily cleaned. Whilst all of this applies to brackets, I'd imagine the same can be true too of attachments.
With any luck though, it's just superficial staining, and nothing to worry about.

The stains could be there for a variety of reasons. Some resins will stain with extrinsic factors such as wine or coffee. It is also possible that the attachment is not completely adapted to the tooth, allowing staining agents to get into the voids at the interface of the attachment and tooth.
With good hygiene practices, it is unlikely that you have any decay, but best see your dentist or orthodontist to confirm this. Good luck!
Zoso: It is possible to get decay under a bracket. If there are voids between the tooth and bracket, bacteria can seep in between and cause decay as it is virtually impossible to clean underneath.

Just an uninformed opinion here of course, but I should have thought that voids that might allow for decay would constitute an improperly/imperfectly bonded bracket.

I had a long break from coffee, but lately I have been drinking it again. Didn't think it would stain with me brushing 4-5 times a day. Told my ortho and they're going to check it out next week. One of my other buttons popped off as well, so they need to reattach.
