How do you deal with time constraint, acidic foods, and brushing?

I think I'm going to have to blend my food and drink it through a straw.
I eat 3x a day, and it takes me ~40 minutes to eat, brush, floss and have the aligners back in.
I read that you are supposed to wait 30 minutes after eating to brush (especially after eating acidic foods) How do I fit in the 30 minute window and wait around to brush? If i have to, I'm going to blend all my food to eat 3x a day for a year until I'm finished with invisalign just so I can have that 30 minute window to wait after eating to brush.
How well does a rinse with water work in neutralizing acids, or even a fluoride mouthrise?
Any ideas? Thank you very much!

Blend all your food?!!? Really, there isn't any need to do anything that drastic. You shouldn't brush for 30 minutes after coke for instance but most foods are fine.
You will also find that you get super quick at the removing/brushing/flossing stuff. I can get my aligners out in less than 3 seconds and back in in about the same amount of time. The brushing and flossing takes five minutes tops. So that would leave 35 minutes to eat. I can manage breakfast in about 10-15, which still leaves plenty of time for the other meals, even if I have to wait the half hour because I ate acidic food.
The thing to remember is that Invisalign are not supposed to take over your whole life and it isn't going to stop working if you go over by a few minutes every now and then.
A rinse with water is ok if you can't find anywhere to brush, but I would then take the aligners out and brush as soon as you can.
My ortho recommends a flouride mouthwash, but in addition to, not instead of brushing. You should check with your ortho before using flouride though because everyone's teeth and even their water supplies are different. In areas where the water isn't flouridated the need for mouthwash is far greater.
Good Luck, it gets easier, honestly. But please, please, don't think that you need to puree all your food.
