Might be mixing it up with Simpli5. They are only faster because they should be treating patients with less malalignment.

Has anyone heard of a simplex retainer? It is supposedly similar to invisalign but the price and time is greatly reduced.
I'm trying to make an educated decision on what to get but can't find any information online about the simplex retainer.

I haven't heard of Simplex either.... but I do know that there are a number of similar systems to Invisalign that are popping up all over. I am not a big fan of Invisalign although it does have its place and works well within its parameters and if the patient is compliant. Most orthodontists are certified to do Invisalign and most have tried the system. Often they prefer traditional braces because the overall spectrum of possibilities is greater than Invisalign. Patients however, like the aesthetic look of Invisalign so orthodontists was to cater to the desire of the patient.
Good luck in your decision. Check out my blog.... I am a bit opinionated at times but I try to be honest and fair in my commentary.
