I have 3 gaps in the upper left quadrant of my teeth. I do not need anything done to my lower set of teeth, only the upper.
I have considered getting Invisalign, but after coming to these forums, I now realize there are cheaper possible options.
I strongly prefer invisible braces.
Which would you recommend?
Usually invisalign requires that both arches are treated, and often this is necessary, even if you don't consider that it is.
Mao I recommend you make appointments to see a few orthodontist's and find out what thy recommend as the best way to close the gaps in your teeth. Then you can make a decision based on what you've been told.
There are many brackets that are nearly invisible ... but it's important to remember that although only ibraces are close to invisible ... most people don't notice you have braces. Why? Because most people don't care what's happening in your mouth ... their own lives are busy enough ... and what you're doing to your teeth won't interest them.
Good luck with finding out what will do the best job for your teeth!![]()
After 5 years, 11 months and two days of stainless steel brackets ... my teeth now have upper and lower bonded, gold wire, retainers and removable clear retainers!
