Look on the tray. On the right side of your trays, you will find either U or L (depending on which arch... upper or lower), followed by a number on it. Those are the numbers corresponding to your stages.
actually I recived all my aligners which is 16 trays for upper and 15 for lower, but when I review the progress of the teath movement, in this time stubidly I mismatching between the aligners.. and now I got confusing which tray will be first specially the tray 2,3,4,5 and 6
what can I do ??

They're physically printed ON the trays; pick up a tray, hold it as if you were going to put it in your mouth, on the right side there is a code (mine's six digits) but under that there should be "U #N" where the # refers to the tray.
So my previous tray read "U 17N" so that is tray 17 for my upper arch. I'm not sure what the "N" means though...
I can't tell from your photos (they are blurry to my eyes), but it might be that the info was cut-off when your trays were manufactured to have the molars partially uncovered. I checked one of my old trays just now, and my info is printed on the part of the tray that you have had cut away. Jeepers. I don't know what to suggest that might help you out...
thank u for your reply
