How to do a Safety checkmark

One tidbit of advice given to me by my dentist in salt lake before I chose my orthodontist was to do what he called a safety check on the background. Here is the list!

    1, Dental License
    2, DEA Certificate
    3, CPR Certification
    4, Malpractice insurance Declaration Page
    5, Certificate of orthodontistry

Please add any you can see.

    Thanks

If you are getting Invisalign definitely ask how many cases he has treated and what what methods can he use. Oh and also go into detail, again if you are getting invisalign, what your treatment will cover..i.e refintments, retainers, extra trays, etc. See if you can condense that lol
    Starting refinements in 2 weeks.

    Why invisalign

Why do invisalign, besides the obvious benefits of having your braces not be seen. Why? Should we still ask about the cases he has treated without invisalign?
