my ortho broke one of the invisalign sets

Hi everyone! First of all, I must say that I'm catalan so I may make mistakes on my writing, sorry.
I has a problem with one of the sets of retainers because it was digging into my gum. So my ortho cut it, and the problem was over. But today I had to change to second set of retainers, and my ortho gave me the third set, so I asked and she said that while she was cutting it, it had broken. So now I'm wearing the 3rd without wearing the 2nd first :S I don't know if I'm explaining it right, but has anyone had the same problem? Because my teeth are now super tight, and it hurts, my gum it's like lighter because my teeth are under a lot of pressure. And when I take my retainer off it's like my teeth are going to fall ( slight exaggeration ) Thanks for reading this.

Wow, that doesn't look good to me.
Does your ortho just make you skip one set of aligners?
I've just started with my treatment, but I think the right thing here would be wearing your previous set untill the new (2nd) tray arrives (has she ordered a replacement?). But jumping ahead too fast doesn't sound right. Too much pressure too fast.
Let's wait for more experienced people's insight, I hope there's a sensible explanation for skipping a tray like this.

Yes, it was just a tray, and at first it was awful but then everything went back to normal. I'm not very happy about my ortho because she didn't ordered a replacement ( which would have been the correct thing to do). But now I think it's too late to change of ortho...so.... No one has had the same problem?
