tray 10 looks identically as tray 1!

Really? In over 5 months not even the slightest change?

I'm sure there is some change, even though it may not be outwardly visible to you. A lot of times, there is work to be done in the back of the mouth, such as shifting of teeth to make room for others or widening of the arch, before you can see progress on the anterior teeth. I am currently on 11/33 and if I compare my current tray to my first tray, I would say they look nearly identical as well. But I can definitely tell that there have been changes in my bite as my upper arch widens and there is space between back teeth that there previously wasn't. My ortho even told me that there wouldn't be much visible progress in the front of my mouth until the second half of my treatment due to the work that had to be done in the back first. Movement is only in small increments for each tray for the safe movement of the teeth and settling of the roots. Be patient -- all good things take time
