Just as I'm getting comfortable with my trays...it's time to eat

Seems like it always takes a couple of hours to really get comfortable with my trays, then I need to take them out. Does it ever get better?

Put every new tray in after dinner and before bed, then you wouldn't need to take them out until the next morning

I always put my new trays in right after a big dinner, and don't take them out again until lunch the next day. That's around 17-18 hours and by then, the trays are a breeze to snap on and off.

It does get better. Usually for me the first few days of a new tray set is more noticable re: pressure. Sometimes taking them out is more painful than putting them back in. But even on my tightest sets (18 and 19 so far) it's been much better in a few days. I'm currently on set 19 and the first few days even brushing was painful but it's much better a week in. Hang in there!
