Invisalign and asthma/sore throat spays

Hello all,
Is it ok to use asthma sprays while wearing your trays? Should I take the trays out and rinse them/brush teeth afterwards or it isn't necessary?
And what about a sore throat spray? I'm using one at the moment (with hidrocortisone+tirotricine), only after meals (trays off), but it's not enough. If I use it at work do I have to take the trays out and clean them?
