That's good that you're so close to finishing though, Congratulations.

I'm currently on aligner # 6 of 39 for the top, and 14 for the bottom.

Your teeth look great by the way :)

Ouch! :( I haven't had the pleasure of any really painful trays yet, thankfully. I have my last IPR appointment at the end of August...

Hope you are feeling better though and the rest of your trays are a piece of cake. We are almost there!!!

Thanks for the support guys :) ... 2 days later and they are normal now. Just slightly tender when I remove them for food.

I forgot to mention how pleased my ortho is with my progress she said she wishes more of her patients wore the aligners for the correct time apparently it makes a hugeee difference. She showed me the photo they took when I first went to get impressions taken, I can not believe how bad my smile was. Once treatment has finished I will ask for the professional photos they took to put on my blog its incredible how wide and full my smile is now rather than angular and crooked. I looked rather like a pirate with a tooth missing because one was pushed soo far back!

Glad to hear things are feeling better. I had a couple of tray sets like that, but overall just a little pressure.
That's awesome that your ortho is pleased with your progress and that you're smile is "wide and full"

    :)

finally having no real pain at all now. Yeah I have only had 2 sets this bad. All the way back at tray number 2 and this one tray 25. There was a lot of moving with this tray though my ortho did quite a lot of IPR on a number of upper teeth so the tray has moved them all quite a lot. So much so my mum seems to think there was an obvious change in my smile just over the last 2 days.

I am soo happy with the treatment process so far and I would recommend my dental practice to anyone. The smile spa, Stockton. (England) They have been extremely helpful with appointment times and my phobia of the dentist has now been put to rest.

Progress is absolutely amazing, congrats!!! As for the trays my last few have been that way where the first few days my teeth have been really tender.

I am in the home stretch as well, hoping for no refinements
