Tooth not tracking properly....bottom of tooth does not touch bottom of aligner.

So I've been stressing about this issue ever since aligner 3 or 4. I've spoken to my ortho and he just smiles and says its okay (even though he made an effort to set me back 3 sets to try to fix it) and I just switched to 9/15 on the top and it is still not looking correct. And YET he still says it's looking good. I believe I'm going crazy here.

The tooth is just clearly NOT moved down and over enough so the aligner ends up engulfing the tooth and leaving space all around.

I don't know if it's quite the same thing, but one of my teeth was a bit like this and didn't really 'get in line' until refinements, when it ended up with two attachments on it. I don't think it meant there was any real problem with my treatment, just that it revealed itself as a trickier tooth that was taken care of further along in my treatment.
