ibraces

Does any one have experience with ibraces? I am thinking of getting it, but I worry that my tongue is going to hurt too much. What about cleaning? I imagine it's hard to get behind those teeth.

i am also deciding whether to get ibrances or not. my orthodontist told me that he had a patient who couldn't bear with the uncomfort of ibraces, and she took it off and switched to normal braces the next day. Maybe it's just because my orthodontist does not have any real experience w/ setting up ibraces? or maybe it's because the patient has low tolerence for stuff being placed behind her teeth?
can more ppl who have used ibraces give me more opinion?
really appreciate it
