Default clear braces

I am getting braces in two weeks. I am thinking about getting the clear braces. I was told that they might stain and break easily. Is this true and are there ways to prevents this?

If you are getting ceramic braces, they do not stain and are very strong.

I had them on the top only and put metal on the botttom, since you cant really see my bottom teeth when I talk or smile

I like the ceramics, and I have not broke one, and I eat steak, and all kinds of stuff I'm not supposed to.

The price isn't that much of a difference...

You will be very happy with the results.

Good luck and keep us posted!!!

Steph

In rare cases do braces stain from the glue that is used to hold the brackets on the tooth.

YOur ortho should know exactly what to do after removing the brackets, and how to remove the glue.

Good Luck.
