    Impacted 2nd molar

I have an impacted 2nd molar. So that is why in all my pictures of my teeth I couldn't find another tooth growing in. No one has mentioned anything, ex: pulling it out, doing nothing, etc. That x-ray that I saw that tooth that was impacted was taken in late February. I don't know about the other teeth. I am probably going to have my wisdom teeth pulled later on. But that's another story

What is the worst case scenario if I have an impacted tooth that never got pulled?

Mariah talk to your dentist and your orthodontist about this second molar. Since neither have mentioned it to you, I doubt you worrying about it will help at this stage.

I am missing a first molar on my lower left, it was removed when I was a teenager. My ortho has moved my second molar into it's place, and this can also be done with third molars (wisdom teeth) to replace a second molar.

Talk to your experts and they will be able to give you your options. Good luck and please don't worry about it, as that won't help.
After 5 years, 11 months and two days of stainless steel brackets ... my teeth now have upper and lower bonded, gold wire, retainers and removable clear retainers!
