What do you usually do when you need to place bands in short molars (in contact with opposite arch). The particular case is: 14 y.o. girl with normal hight of upper first right molar but shorter upper first left molar (the crown was rebuilt with composite). If I place a band on the UFLM , it will be subgingival and the wires very close to the gum. So what would you do?
