Hi Everyone

Just got my ibraces on 4 days ago. It was suggested to me to try silicone instead of wax. It works soooo much better. You can buy it in the "ear" section of any pharmacy. It is commonly used as moldable ear plugs, but works fabulous instead of wax for a sore tongue. You can even rinse it an re-use it! Saves some money!

I found it in a container with numerous "blobs" of it ready for molding and use.
