3 months into ibraces - update

Hello all. I thought it might be helpful to some of you who are new in the ibraces process to hear how it's going 3 months in. I have both upper and lower ibraces and, following a few weeks of adjustment and discomfort, I can say that I don't even notice them anymore! I can eat pretty normally (having completely cut out anything sticky or very chewy and anything too hard), have very little pain as long as I wax every morning and my speech is completely back to normal (at least when I'm sober!) On a day to day basis, I don't really feel them or think about them anymore. I still drink plenty of water and it's a little annoying having to reapply wax if it comes off during the day but these seem like little things now. I can see my teeth move week to week and do worry that they seem to be going in various directions but as I'm only 3 months in to an 18 months process, I'm sure that will all get sorted out. All in all, at this point I'm delighted that I choose ibraces.
