    Do they work?

    I don't have braces, but I have a gap in the front between my top teeth, and I've always wanted to look into getting it fixed. I don't want traditional metal braces however, so I was wondering;

-Do the invisible braces really work?
    -How do they work?
-Can they be removed during the day?
    -How much are they?
-Are they as painful to wear as metal braces?

Thanks in advance for anything you guys can help me with,

    -Jake

-Do the invisible braces really work?
    Yep
    -How do they work?

The clear alternative to metal braces.

By using a series of clear, removable aligners, Invisalign straightens your teeth with results you'll notice sooner than you think. The course of treatment involves changing aligners approximately every two weeks, moving your teeth into straighter position step by step, until you have a more beautiful smile. And unlike braces, these clear aligners can be removed while you eat and brush your teeth as usual.
    Less treatment time.

An average Invisalign course of treatment takes about a year. You'll see your Invisalign Certified orthodontist or dentist every 6 to 8 weeks for adjustments and to check progress. At regular intervals, you'll receive a new set of custom-molded clear aligners to continue the straightening process. The total number of clear aligners is specific to you, determined by your doctor for your course of treatment.
    Invisalign Clear BracesClear. And comfortable.

Since Invisalign is practically invisible, there's no unwarranted attention to your mouth. In fact, very few people will notice at all - unless you tell them. They're comfortable to wear and remove easily when you eat, brush, and floss.
-Can they be removed during the day?

    Yep
    -How much are they?

    300 and Above
-Are they as painful to wear as metal braces?

    Nope

Great questions! These are the same questions that I really had about the who I braces thing. I will have to print this out to show it to my parents so that they know that I am doing my research!

This is a concern that I have. I am wondering if they really work. My teeth are just spaced not crooked. I have my doubts, but have heard a lot of great things about Invisalign. I am going to talk it over with my dentists further though.

Thanks for sharing such great info This seems to be amazing that the can be removed while eating and brushing, My younger sister also wants to go through orthodontic treatment so, I’ll take a print of this and show her.

Sharing information is wonderful! I have heard that ibraces work really well and maintain their discreet appearance. A friend of mine had them and I couldn't tell she had them until she told me!
