Yes i know I've gone thru a few cleaning and whitening sessions with my dentist before starting ortho after not going to the dentist from one of my phobias, that ones getting better, But thank you for the advice on the ligs, I myself dont drink 'dark' sodas, mountian dew has a more neon yellow color only dark thing I drink is the Arnold Palmer Half and Half Iced Tea, but I put ketchup on everything so we will see lol
