i have to say, that this last 6 weeks has been a rollercoaster ride that i love!! lol
of course i dont love the pain and no eating, but i LOVE watching the day by day process of how my teeth look! so worth it!!

1st adjustment...

well, i got my first adjustment today. the only differences were that i have a reverse curve on the bottom now, and they are officially working on moving my impacted canine out of the roof of my mouth!!! they are only working on moving the root closer to my dental arc for now. so far so good...we shall see what tomorrow brings!!

the beginning...

well, i have had my braces for a little over a month now...the whole reason for my getting them is to attempt to pull an impacted canine out of the roof of my mouth. last monday, i had the surgery to expose the canine. it was awful!!! and all i could say was "i did this to me!" lol

but the pain has subsided substantially thanks to some ibuprofin!! i have my first adjustment in 2 weeks, im really interested in seeing how this all pans out!!
