Appt #1 (early August) -- initial consultation, spacers on (in hindsight I probably should've gotten at least one more consultation....)
Appt #2 -- spacers out, took impressions, spacers back on
Appt #3 -- molar bands on, lower lingual arch & trans-palatal arch on
Appt #4 -- JUST when I finally got used to the arches, lower lingual arch came off in preparation for my extractions (all 4 pre-molars)
Appt #5 (today) -- lower lingual arch
