Two months ago I had ibraces brackets put on both my top and bottom archs. Yesterday I went back to my orthodontist for routine adjustment. It's always a surprise to find out what they will do to my teeth -- my orthodontist doesn't update me what's going on and she mostly just talks to the techs and walk away. and I figure out what's going on by listening to their conversation. Of course it's hard to ask question when they were discussing my case because they were digging in my mouth.
