So i saw my ortho the other day...and my main intention with the braces was to only have them on for as little time as possible, and then switch to invisalign so I can become part of society again and not feel like the freak with braces at 32.. (ok, it wasn't all that rational thinking but it is what it is). I can't believe how fast they're straightening out now! They finally put in a new, heavier wire. I still have some spaces that need to fill in before I switch over to invisalign. My mouth is bothering me less and less after each adjustment as well.
I went to my dentist for my cleaning for the first

I went this past Monday for my 3rd adjustment, and so far they've been relatively painless after. But this time, my bite feels different and I can't chew on anything! They're so sore! Especially where my "bite" feels different. I don't think they changed the wire and to be honest, I don't ask questions and I just let them do what the want to do... I don't even look in the mirror when they're done, so I don't think its a change of wire... figured I'd complain a bit here LOL
