Hey great people,

All your posts have been very helpful to me. I joined this forum the day before I got my braces.

I am on day 20. I have been through the initial pain, the discomfort, a new accent, lost half a kg already. I can't say I am used to them but it gets easier each day. Even started a blog to rant and rave about my metallic smile .

I've been to many Pharmacies in Nairobi , I am still yet to find one that stocks dental wax.
