I will try to explain this. I am not as good as most of you are. The ortho said this is his last ditch effort to fix my bite. He took out both of my powerchains. Then at the top, he did a wire powerchain, twisting these wires around the brackets. At the bottom he put the powerchain back in. He also changed the wire on the top to a more flexible wire. Now I have double triangle elastics on my front side teeth(both sides). Last night I felt a lot of pressure so I am so happy.

I just read my two previous blogs and I have not been a faithful writer but I love this website. Today I went to get my teeth clean and on Friday, I have an ortho appt. My teeth and gums are so healthy and happy. I may find out on Friday, how much longer I have until I am deband. Hopefully by the end of the year. Enjoying my last summer with braces. I currently have elastics on both sides. I am happy with the progress of my teeth. Will post a picture soon.
I went of Friday and got my bottom braces on. I had to put wax on two of the brackets but the rest are fine. Today around the gum I can already notice movement. Overall my teeth feel great. My next appointment is in six weeks.

My name is Ann and I live in Hawthrone, CA. I have recently just gotten braces, sort of. This is my second time having them. I had them in elementary school and now I have them as an adult. My bottom teeth have really moved around and I stopped wearing my retainer but I am glad and lucky to be able to get them again. I have cermanic brackets on my front teeth(six) with a wire and elastics but it is not attached to the back. I go back on 8/28/09 for the completion of the top
