hey. I recently had lingual braces put on my bottom teeth and regular ones on the top.. and wow the first few days I thought I wasn't going to be able to eat anything.. its been 13 days (but who's counting) and there is virtually no pain, and i pretty much eat whatever I want just A LOT more slower and I dont ever bite with my front teeth. I'm not really sure if that is such a good idea though because i figure they need to continue to be used. I am just scared to break a brace. All I really do differently...
