Tonight I put in my fourth aligners. It's crazy to think I am this well into my treatment, time is going by fast! I need to improve on wearing them longer and having better habits with cleaning them. I'll find that if I'm in a hurry during the day that I'll just pop them back in after eating and only wash the aligners at night. I don't know whether that's good or bad but I do what I can.

Oh dear Lord.

I was complaining so much about my first aligners, but these second aligners are 100x worse. I got attachments put on today, thank God they're the same colour as my teeth but I couldn't help but notice a couple people peeking at my mouth when I was talking to them today. I don't know whether it's because they thought I had nice teeth, or they noticed my teeth are 'poking out' lol.

Hello,

I just wanted to drop in quickly to celebrate how much I've overcome during my first set of aligners. I am not ungrateful for them at all, but to be completely honest, they felt AWFUL! The first week and a half was really hard on me but the last week I'd have to say, yes I feel that slight pressure, but it's not sore anymore and it just feels like a snug plastic case around my teeth.

My dentist really tested my patience with these aligners after taking off for a week thus adding an extra week of aligner 1/18 wear to my treatment. It's not a bad thing, but I like keeping track of numbers so much and taking picture updates that I am just dreaming of how the 2nd aligners are gonna look and feel!
