I've had my braces on for 9 1/2 months so far.
I just got my bottom brackets on last month, so I haven't seen much change there. As far as my top teeth go, they're nearly straight. My front teeth have been stubborn. So, it's been about a month since I got my braces on, and I've already noticed improvement. I got them on the 17th of June, and that was a nightmare. I barely ate anything for a week. I had the bracket and two ligatures pop off within 24 hours of getting them, so they reattached that and put on all new ligatures. I'm guessing that's what it feels like when you get your braces tightened because they were sore (again) for a week after.
