  1. Well good luck in whatever you decide you want to help your anxiety and fears.
  2. Well he lets me know how things are going and what exactly he is doing to make me more comfortable, as for driving my ortho was out by my college which i am no longer attending which is an hr and a half away and currrently i have the only one that drives or that has a car in my household so im just sucking it up and trying to get over my fear as my jaw surgery is an overnight surgery later
  3. Oh sweetie, I'm sorry to hear that you have all of that going on. If you are comfortable with your ortho try doing this. Take an mp3 player with you and some serious sunglasses and put them on your eyes and get some good music that you love. Think wonderful thoughts. Have you also thought of taking a muscle relaxer and having someone drive you? I am just giving you these suggestions so that maybe you could try those. If you want some other suggestions, please feel free to ask me, no worries. Good luck dear and feel free to inquire further.
  4. figured id write u here saying my fear, I hate sterile enviroments like doctors offices as well as needles and pain in general. Not looking forward to my surgeries that I need but My ortho tells me exactly what he does so he takes alot of pressure off of me wonder what the hell he is doing plus i have vertigo and he gives me breaks to prevent the dizzy spells and also the jaw pain from tmj, I'm a mess lol
