original sentence was 2 years. debanding is scheduled after only 1.5 years!

I've been lazy about updates, because my adjustments are so minor. here's my update from today! my orthodontist is moving on in June, and is hopeful he will deband before he leaves! Even the senior adviser agreed! whoop! my original sentence was 2 years, and i may be done in 1.5! Wedding is in 6 months, so my goal was to have them off before September! looking like its going to be reality!

I have two powerchains on my upper teeth. One on just the brackets, then the wire, then another powerchain. Holy crap it hurts. They are trying to speed up my treatment because 1) my ortho is a resident, and his two years is up this summer 2) I'm getting married september and want them off lol (january 2014 would mark two years).

4 new brackets on the lower molars. new brackets on the upper teeth next adjustment. X rays taken at last adjustment, teeth are looking good, just some minor turning.

I got a spring put on my lower two middle teeth... because the lower tooth wasnt turning. the 7th adjustment was boring, just re did the power chain and bands.

This 8th adjustment hurt like hell. They did something called "tipping", where he bent the wire to angle my teeth better on the top. That space the spring did, happened within ONE hour of the spring being on. FML.
