Just a quick update...I spoke with my orthodontist this morning. When I go in to get my bottom braces on 2/9 he will remove the top ones and replace them with the radiance brackets which are what I asked for in the first place. He said the removal of the brackets is a pretty unpleasant experience but he'll change them if that's what I want. I think I'll go through that so I don't have to go through the next year and a half wishing I had the other brackets. Is getting ceramic brackets taken off that
I went last Thursday and got my top braces put on. Let's start with the bad news first...my orthodontist put the wrong brackets on me! I specifically asked for the Radiance brackets and they put the Clarity brackets on. (I attached a picture so you can see the difference between the brackets) It wouldn't bother me that much if I hadn't spent the last month doing TONS of research on all my options.
