I noticed on some of my braces the ligs r tied differently......why is this??????????

I've had my braces on for about a month and a half i have noticed a little straightening but on my top teeth i have noticed on one side it is very sensitive......especially when i drink something cold or hot I also get pretty bad headaches...is this common?

today is 20 days since i had my braces put on and i had an appt today to have spacers put in i have a total of 5 rubber spacers and 2 metal spacers on top is this normal? i have an appt on monday to have the metal spacers takin out and some additional spacers placed to replace them.....does this sound right..???

so i have the traditional metal braces on top & bottom the first step was the ortho putting on the braces.....i have an appt set for 6-11-10 for spacer & on 6-18-10 an appt for bands and adjustments.....does this sound like it was done backwards? i also had a friend who had braces and said theres some type of metal orthos put on the back molars that the wire connects to i do not have this yet....is the straightening process beginning? im soooooo confused?

I just got braces and the sores r killing me what can help these heal faster?
