It's great you're having your impacted teeth corrected now. I had one impacted tooth, but was 47 by the time my ortho and OS wanted to expose it. Unfortunately it was found to have become attached to the bone, and now it's taking years for the gap to be closed and the teeth behind moved forward.
Sorry your adjustments cause you so much discomfort. Have you tired chewing to help relieve this soreness? Also rinsing with warm salt water can often soothe the mouth, and would be worth you trting.
