Let the rest of the forum know how long you have until you get your braces on, off, during, etc. with a cool ticker.

Go to www.tickerfactory.com to create your ticker.

Just grab the BBcode once you have finished personalizing your ticker and paste it in your signature.

Patchouliii you put it in your signature ... and then it's pasted every time you write a comment.

At the top of this page ... click on User CP

Then down the left side ... click on Edit Signature

How do you edit your signature though? I made a ticker but am not sure where to put it on here.

abbaker ... go to the top right of this page ... click on Settings. On the Settings page ... look at the menu on the left and choose Edit Signature.

i dont get how to make it say 5 days etc etc since braces got put on? Am i selecting the right category? What did other people choose? What did you enter in as the values for countdown?

Amanda, I chose 'events' and then put in my predicted end date, (or you can put your start date) not sure what anyone else has done!

Riana click on Settings at the top left of this page.

Look down the left side ... Under My Settings > My Profile > Edit Signature.

Then set it up, or edit it.

Hi!
I tried with the tickers and still don't get how you update them and all. Can you make it backwards? Coz I starded my treatment on sept 6 - spacers in
Then on sept 11 I got upper brackets and wire put on but not bands, I also had bigger spacers put in, then on sept 19 spacers were put in, ligatures changed and on oct 22 (2 days ago). I had my lower braces put in and my band cleats (the inside hooks) filed off.

how do I put all that in the ticker thing?

And how do I post it to the msg board from my phone? I couldn't even attach a pic
