Their price is going to vary depending on length of treatment and other individual factors. Vancouver's huge (well... compared to my city, Edmonton), so I'm sure there are many ortho's that provide this treatment. Ask your general dentist if they are affiliated with or will give referrals to orthodontic offices. In a place like Vancouver I'd be shocked if it was hard to come by an office that offers this.
