Hello again!
I was up to tray 5 previously and it was terribly painful and I couldn't stand it. So my dentist did a mid-course correction and now I am starting over. Well I restarted a couple weeks ago actually. Originally I had 19 trays. I started over with 20 trays so a very slow transition this time which I have to say is much more comfortable. Whew.
Nice to be back and with you all for the duration I hope.

After 5 years, 11 months and two days of stainless steel brackets ... my teeth now have upper and lower bonded, gold wire, retainers and removable clear retainers!
