Just wondering does anyone eles get headaches. Never got them till i got braces and they have got worse since I've started wearing elastics. was just wondering if it could be my brace that is giving me them?
I would say they are probably causng your headaches. I started getting headaches when a lot of things started to happen in my mouth. For me it was spacers, then after i had braces put on and then when i had wedges AND a powerchain the same day. The headaches should stop once your mouth begins to "relax". Good luck and if you still have pain after a few days talk to your ortho.
